All of our cake-like treats from our bakery case (Pawcakes, Bars, Woof Cake Pie, Munchkins, etc) are good for about 10 days. To prolong shelf life, we recommend you wrap or put it in airtight container and pop it in fridge to prolong the shelf life.

Our cookie-like treats such as Peanut Butters, Carob Chip, etc. are good for about 30 days upon receipt.

All of our orders are hand packed and shipped. Your orders should arrive with in 1-2 days.

All orders over AED 250 are shipped FREE and all other orders are charged a flat rate of 30 AED

We recommend you place your order at least 2 days in advance as we cannot expedite shipping and upon arrival, please put the cake in fridge until the day you would like to serve it.

Our shippable cakes and treats are all shelf stable meaning they do not require refrigeration. However, in order to prolong freshness, we recommend that unless you are serving the treats immediately to your dog, you transfer them into an airtight container and store them in the fridge until ready to consume.

Please remember that our cakes are a treat and therfore are meant to be served as such. Please use your best judgement but we do not recommend any dog of any size to consume an entire cake in one sitting. We recommend you slice the cake into smaller portions and give your dog the treat in small increments if your dog has a sensitive stomach.

Unfortunately we cannot make custom recipe cakes as we may not have the ingredients on hand and our recipes have been created and tested in our kitchens to ensure satisfaction

Orders can not have two shipping dates. In other words, if you order a celebration cake that needs to arrive by May 15, and in the same order you also order one of our seasonal specials that ship out on June 5, two shipping charges would be applicable OR we would need to combine the two items in one order.
